Unruly Las Vegas Passengers Prompt Airport Crackdown
McCarran International Airport nigh the Las Vegas Strip is beefing up efforts to halt passengers from taking intoxicant onto airplanes. This comes as Las Vegas-related flights top the nation inwards new unruly incidents.
Airport spokesman Chris Robert Tyre Jones said McCarran officials are working with airlines to reenforce the policy about not taking alcohol on board.
“Airline logic gate agents pee pre-boarding announcements to remind travelers they cannot convey alcoholic beverage onto aircraft, and they can buoy refuse boarding if a client won’t comply,” Mary Harris Jones told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “This has long been the practise at LAS, and recently we’ve worked with local airline business direction to reiterate this expectation, with undecomposed success.”
