The Jaguars pro football squad is seeking to get FanDuel compensate back $20M in finances embezzled from the squad past a former employee and after gambled outside on the sports betting site, according to ESPN.
The plunder was stolen by a now ex-employee of the Jacksonville, Fla., NFL squad who gambled on fantasy and sports events offered past FanDuel.
The former Jaguars employee, Amit Patel, pleaded shamefaced to conducting wire fraud and monetary transaction charges inward December.

Patel admitted to using a Jaguars’ virtual deferred payment identity card (VCC) to swipe the money. Patel was the executive of the team’s VCC system.
