One of Metropolitan Gaming Limited’s altogether owned subsidiaries has completed the purchase of the Mungo Park Lane Club London.
The purchase was completed through an plus sales agreement conducted past the administrators of Silverbond Enterprises Limited. Memery Crystal LLP and Wallace Stevens & Bolton LLP acted as Metropolitan Gaming’s effectual counsel, with Clarion Solicitors playing as effectual counsel to the administrators of Silverbond Enterprises Limited.

First gap its doors in 2014, Mungo Park Lane Club is set inwards the nerve of Mayfair, and operates across II floors inward the Hilton Hotel. It comprises a gaming floor, common soldier gaming room, outdoor gaming terrace, waiting area and bar.

Metropolitan Gaming added that Park Lane Club is clear and continues to craft as usual. It will, however, live refurbished and rebranded to Metropolitan Mungo Park Lane after a shortsighted transition period.
