A surmise was arrested recently after someone allegedly posed as the owner of Circa Hotel & Casino inward a scam. He managed to catch an employee at the Las Vegas holding to make up o'er $1.1M for flame extinguishers and other discharge bar equipment.
The suspect, Erik Gutierrez, 23, was charged earliest this month with theft of more than $100,000, Las Vegas TV post KLAS reported this week.
The incident began on June 17, when someone phoned the Circa’s cashier’s cage. The caller-out claimed to be the Circa’s owner. It turned out he was not.
Needed Immediate Payment
Initially, the phoner asked a cage in supervisor to urinate an immediate defrayal of $320K, security department stave later told the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD).
The cage supervisor believed the caller-out was the hotel’s possessor and believed the claims made in the conversation.

LVMPD investigated the case. They traced a machine used inward the plot. It allegedly belonged to Gutierrez’s aunt.
On June 18, officers arrested Gutierrez at a gym.
